Schatzi's on Shalimah - Pet friendly accommodation

Situated in a quiet street in the township of Cessnock, Schatzi’s is a walk to the various shops and restaurants of the town but still within the heart of the Hunter Valley and it’s vineyards – the closest being less than 10 minutes drive!

The renovated worker’s cottage is currently configured with two Queen sized bedrooms so sleeps up to 4 - twin beds are not available. The well-appointed kitchen (with coffee and tea making facilities, fridge, gas stove, electric oven, microwave and coffee machine) suits both short and long term stays.  The bathroom has spa bath with double shower over it and laundry facilities.  Reverse cycle air-conditioning in the loungeroom combats the extremes that can be found in the Hunter and a dedicated “Doggy Space” is perfect for Fido when his people aren’t around (though if Fido suffers separation anxiety, boarding him (or her) for the day will be less stressful for him and cheaper for you than repairing the damage he does when left alone).

 

All well-mannered dogs are welcome both inside the house and out – throws are provided to protect the furniture when Fido joins you for a cuddle and towels are also available.
